What’s Included in Your Membership Price (and What’s Not)
Your membership fee covers our services, but not government state filing fees — those are displayed before checkout.
All of our membership packages — including Registered Agent, Compliance Safeguard, and Privacy Safeguard+ — include a variety of valuable services depending on your selection. However, state-specific filing fees, like those charged by the Secretary of State for annual renewals or amendments, are not included in the base membership price.
That said, we make sure you know exactly what those costs are before you check out. Our system shows you any applicable government fees so you can review the total amount due with full clarity. You won’t be surprised by hidden charges — everything is upfront.
