MSBS offers five key membership tiers to fit your business needs:
Registered Agent Only ($125/year): Includes Registered Agent service in one state. Great if you just need legal mail handling. A $10 fee applies if switching from another agent.
Compliance Essential ($199/year): Covers annual state renewal filings, annual company minutes, and compliance monitoring.
Compliance Safeguard ($324/year): Includes everything in Compliance Essential, plus Registered Agent service and up to three simple entity amendments (like name or address changes) per year.
Privacy Assurance ($525/year): Includes Registered Agent and a Privacy Address with a virtual mailbox (25 mail pieces/month). Ideal for clients who want more privacy but don’t need full compliance services.
Privacy Safeguard+ ($724/year): Our most comprehensive package. Includes everything from Compliance Safeguard and Privacy Assurance: Registered Agent, compliance filings, a privacy address, a virtual mailbox, and support for up to 25 mail pieces per month (with optional upgrade to 100). You’ll get mail scanned and uploaded to your portal, accessible from anywhere.
All memberships renew annually, and we notify you before renewal.
