Then hover on the Business Services tab till the drop-down appears, then click SOSDirect: Business Searches & Formations, then click enter site. Manager/Member/Officers address can only be updated using the Public Information Report Form 05-102. This form gets updated every year. You must use the current year's form (It will say 2022 - for example - on the top of the form). If the Public Info Report has already been filed for the current year, then the Manager/Member/Officers' addresses cannot be updated until next year, when they file the next PIR.
