CANNOT be changed at the time of renewal. Only the DOS address can be changed at that time. Use expedited service and bill client if changing RA and SOP. CC Auth form available. Fax Completed forms to: 518-474-1418. See Tree Power 998, LLC for example on how to fill out form. RASI doesn't need to sign any Cert of Change. Also: If you file the RA change to add RASI, make sure you list RASI's name AND address as the Service of Process addressee.
