Day after the annual report is due the entity will be charged a late fee of $175. After a year of nonfiling, the Entity will be revoked and will need a reinstatement, depending on the entity and different fees will be charged with the Reinstatement it is case by case. After nonfiling, during the Reinstatement period, the entity will be permanently revoked and the client will need a new entity. |
