Mail Limits, Upgrades, and Auto-Renewals
We track your mail volume, notify you as you approach limits, and offer annual upgrades.
If you're using one of our Privacy Safeguard packages with virtual mailbox service, you’re allowed to receive up to 25 pieces of mail per month. As you near that limit, we'll notify you in advance and again if you exceed it. This gives you time to upgrade your mail capacity or make other arrangements. If you don’t upgrade and continue receiving more than the limit, an overage charge will apply the following month.
To expand your mail limit to 100 pieces per month, you can purchase an upgrade for $200 annually. All of our memberships are set to auto-renew every year to keep your business compliant without interruption. You can cancel, upgrade, or change your membership anytime by logging into your customer portal.
